Currently, the thresholds require all institutions in the Municipal/Academic/Social Services/Healthcare (MASH) sector to call for a public tender worth $100,000 or more, or $250,000 or more in the event of construction. The agreement imposes « identical » treatment of persons, goods and services across Canada.
